The Launch update right is processed based on the device's serial number. Enter the CRP919X BT serial number exactly as it appears in the device information section of the tablet or on the product label at the payment screen. The vehicle chassis number, order number, a different number on the DBScar VII, or the Android version cannot be used instead of the device serial number.

Launch's official update page requires checking the device name and serial number together for correct card selection. Upon receiving the order, the CRP919X BT model, serial number, and account region are verified.
If the device is registered to another region or the serial number belongs to a different product family, the incorrect license will not be activated; the customer will be contacted.

Launch Turkey explains that the duration for 12 and 24-month update cards begins upon card activation. Once activation is complete, the CRP919X BT connects to the internet, available packages are checked in the Update section, and the necessary vehicle software is downloaded.
Keep the tablet connected to power and maintain Wi-Fi connection during large downloads.

According to Launch UK's official subscription statement, the device does not stop working when the update subscription ends; previously downloaded software can continue to be used. However, new vehicle coverage and subsequent software improvements will not be available until renewal.
