For PRO or ULTIMATE plans activated as separate codes after September 15, 2026, 11:00 AM, OBDeleven requires billing and payment card setup. A separate plan code can be renewed at the end of its term under the manufacturer's current terms if not canceled by the user.
The plan included in the PRO Pack or ULTIMATE Pack is activated differently: the package content is claimed in the account when the device is first connected to the application, and automatic renewal is not activated unless the user enables it separately.
It should be noted that packages purchased from third-party sellers do not contain the physical device and the plan code as the same product content. The device, plan duration, and credit amount should be listed separately on the purchase screen.

OBDeleven's official support page, checked on October 9, 2026, indicates that full control unit access in VAG vehicles with the latest SFD2 protection is not yet live and the feature is in the final testing phase. In these vehicles, communication with the gateway alone does not mean that all modules can be scanned or coded, or that One-Click Apps operations can be performed.
SFD2 support should not be assumed for Generic HEX V2 either. For new VAG vehicles, a current support check based on VIN or exact model, model year, control unit, and operation is required before purchasing a device.
SFD and SFD2 are not the same scope. A device's ability to access some SFD-locked operations does not prove it works on all SFD2 protected vehicles.
